Payment for the order is made online through the WayForPay payment service or by another method available on the Site at the time of placing the order.
Delivery of orders is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service in Ukraine at the carrier's rates.
The order is shipped within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment, unless another term is specified on the Site or agreed with the Buyer separately.
The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer in accordance with the carrier's rates, unless otherwise provided for in the terms of the promotion or this offer.
Free delivery is valid for orders over UAH 15,000.
The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier's work, martial law, emergency circumstances, weather conditions, technical failures or other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
When receiving the order, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging, the conformity of the goods to the order, the presence of defects or damage.
If damage to the goods is detected during delivery, the Buyer must record this in the branch or with a representative carrier and notify the Seller.
