Refund policy
The Buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days, not counting the day of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
Exchange or return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that the goods have not been used, their commercial appearance, consumer properties, labels, tags, packaging and a document confirming payment have been preserved.
Goods with signs of use, damage, foreign odors, traces of cosmetics, washing, repair or changes in the original appearance are not subject to return or exchange.
Goods that, according to the current legislation of Ukraine, are included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return are not subject to exchange or return.
To process a return or exchange, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contacts specified on the Site and provide the order number, contact details, reason for the appeal and a photo of the goods if necessary.
The cost of delivery when returning or exchanging goods of proper quality is paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller separately.
In the event that the Buyer receives goods of improper quality, the Seller shall exchange, refund or make other settlement in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
The refund shall be made to the Buyer's bank card or account after receipt and inspection of the returned goods by the Seller.
The return of goods shall be carried out by prior agreement with the Seller through the delivery service "Nova Poshta" to the following details:

Shipments without prior approval from the Seller may not be accepted.
